Strategic Expansion of Lasting Peace Group’s Logistics Capacity in China: Launch of 20,000-Container Warehousing Facilities
In line with the expansion of its logistics infrastructure and the strengthening of the strategic China–Iran–Europe corridor, Lasting Peace Group has signed an official cooperation agreement with a Chinese state-owned company, increasing its warehousing capacity in the Shaanxi Free Trade Zone to 20,000 containers through covered and open storage facilities. This strategic development significantly reduces operational costs for clients while enhancing speed, security, and efficiency across the international supply chain.
As part of its ongoing development strategy in international logistics and transportation, Lasting Peace Group has successfully expanded its warehousing infrastructure in China through the execution of a formal agreement with a Chinese state-owned enterprise. Under this agreement, the Group’s covered and open warehousing capacity in Shaanxi Province has been increased to approximately 20,000 containers, designed to meet the growing demand along transit routes connecting China to Iran, the Middle East, and Europe.
The location of these warehouses within a Free Trade Zone represents one of the most significant strategic advantages of this expansion. This status enables access to customs and fiscal incentives, directly resulting in substantial cost reductions in warehousing, transit, and ancillary logistics services for cargo owners—particularly beneficial for exporters, importers, and international transit operators.
Equally important is the exceptional geographical position of the facilities, situated adjacent to Xi’an Customs and in immediate proximity to the international railway station that serves as the departure hub for freight trains bound for Iran along the China–Iran–Europe corridor. This strategic placement enables direct warehouse-to-rail operations, minimizes handling and dwell time, eliminates unnecessary transfers, and significantly enhances operational efficiency and cargo security.
Within the framework of this development, Lasting Peace Group has announced that its clients are now able to utilize these facilities with up to 30 days of free cargo storage, providing a highly competitive advantage by easing cost pressures and improving inventory and shipment scheduling flexibility. Furthermore, the warehouses are equipped with modern logistics infrastructure and advanced operational capabilities, enabling the Group to deliver professional packaging, packing, labeling, consolidation, and deconsolidation services in full compliance with rail, road, and maritime transport standards—at minimal cost and maximum efficiency.
This expanded warehousing capacity serves as a key complement to Lasting Peace Group’s multimodal transportation network and further strengthens its position as a reliable regional and international logistics operator. In addition to supporting the “Peace Train” project, the new infrastructure enables the Group to offer fully integrated logistics solutions, including warehousing, supply chain management, customs clearance, rail transportation, and final delivery to destination markets.
Lasting Peace Group emphasized that this infrastructure development forms part of its long-term strategic vision to enhance Iran’s role within regional and international supply chains, reinforce the strategic importance of transit corridors passing through Iran, and create sustainable competitive advantages for its clients. Accordingly, the Group announced that additional development phases in logistics, advanced warehousing, and international transportation will be commissioned in the near future, aligned with the continued expansion of the China–Iran–Europe corridor.
